You need to state whether your in UK or ireland, if in Ireland then it is no surprise, if in the UK then click on the link marked Eurovox and do a Factory default, also make sure that you have a live cable feed going into to RF input at the rear of your box.
as malci said no change on chorus or ntl in ireland, if your in uk please give us more info(but check all your leads and cables)and make sure also that your supplier has just not gone down for a bit(which can happen quite a bit,even more these days as they are updating)good luck mate.
