No Signal on PVR

    I've just bought a PVR with freeview for my parents. They had a new digital aerial installed as their old one was on its way out and their freeview kept breaking up. When everything was connected up correctly and switched on all we get is 'no signal'. Have checked all connections and still no change, any ideas please?

    The Starview PVR is for cable and will not work on an aerial, (DVB-T), connection.

    It isn't a starview, its a techwood which works through aerial.
