no signal

    hiya anybody help!!! my box has all channels on and updated but then goes off and says no signal. the problem is not the cable because i have checked another box. is it possible that the cable connector on the box is somehow loose and so not picking the signal up all the time and if so how do i fix this. hope you can help.

    have you checked to see if there is an outage in the area?
