no signal

    i am having problems with some of my channels they are saying no signal even channel 5 is saying this. has any one any ideas wat it may be due to

    What type of box have you got, where are you based and who is your service provider?

    Also, how many channels and when did you lose them?

    euro*ox 06 in wigan telepest provider a couple of days they have been saying no signal there is about 20 channels including channel 5 setanta 1

    just been informed that i have a protective message thing on my box as it wont let me scan and i have no channels any idea how 2 get rid of this eva cheers

    You need to update your box, look here HiTeck's Guide but you need to find out if you have a clone or genuine box before you flash as firmwares differ.

    All is explained in the guide. Please stick to this post for future reference/help on your problem, as multiposts lead to confusion. Apologies but I have to leave for a bit.
