No Signal ?

I have a Starview which works perfectly in my house but not in my friends house. It seems that the signal uis not coming through BUT the Telewest box is working so is obviously picking up the signal.

Very baffling.

Anyone shed any light on this phenonomen please.

 

is coaxial plugged into cable input?is he on same provider/area?

The cable feed is plugged in and the provider is the same, as the house is a few doors away.

The Telewest box is working ok but when I swop to a fully working Starview box it comes up as no signal!!!!!!!!!!!

There has got to be a reason for this.
