Hey, I'm using TMPGEnc to encode the VCD and when I encode it I have no sound after.. Not sure why but the AVI I'm using to convert has sound heh. Also anyone know how to automatically split the movie in half so both VCDs have the exact same amount of data and they're not "lobsided" under TMPGEnc..also one more quick question..anyway to make the encoding process go quicker?

    Thanks.

Okay I think I found my problem.. I selected 700 MB ISO and not VCD/SVCD and for the lobsided probs I went to the end frame got the # of total frames and divided by 2. Hope this works, will post results.
