I used DVD decrypter then used DVD shrink to burn Sin City on a standard non dual layer 4.7 gig DVD disk and it has no sound.

I explored the disk and noticed the AUDIO_TS file is empty.

Any ideas on what i did wrong? The movie plays fine, but no sound

My first post so please bare with my noobinish.

    any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

In Decrypter and Shrink you have to select which sound stream you want. I have read in other threads on AD that this particular movie uses DTS as main sound type rather than DD which is highly unusual. Hope this helps.

you are sure you have a check mark in the DTS check box in the sound streams in Shrink? Cause uasly by defualt Shrink will uncheck DTS you have to put a tick back in the DTS box.

download and do the movie with CloneDVD 2 and running anydvd in the background.
doing the movie only you will have the same problem so do the complete disc
    it will work fine
use good media as in Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim and burn at 4X max.
