no sound on starview box

Cant get any sound from d.box - i am with telewest.
Channels are all there but with no sound. Normal tv channels sound is ok.
Have tried re-entering the codes from 18 December, switching box off,re-scanning channels but with no improvement.

Anybody else having problems with no sound with telewest in particular and any ideas what i can do please?
