no sound video plz help

    i had convert dat file to ipod video format , when i playing some time coming sound ,plz help. what is firmwire?

    This may be a firmware issue. Which version of the iPod's firmware are you running?

    If you are not sure, on your iPod's menu, go to "settings", then "about", and next to "version", it will have a number (either 1.0, 1.1, or 1.1.1). Please post this number once you have found it and we will continue from there.
