i had being recently trying to convert AVI files to mpeg. now when i simply want to play a AVI file in winamp or windows media player there is video but no sound. i downloaded cole2k's codec pack and everything. if anyone could tell me how to solve this problem that would be great.thanks.
I have the same problem with some AVI files BUT why use windows media player when you can use something better with all the codecs included for playing almost all video files and it is VLC media player uses less resources great interface and plays video's especialy AVI files like a charm and guess what it plays AVI with great sound.
