Recently, I've downloaded a Korean movie torrent with subtitles and want to burn it to DVD. I've downloaded it twice in 2 different torrents and both torrents are screwed up. The first one I downloaded had perfect subtitles but no sound although it played perfectly fine with sound on my computer. The second one I downloaded had sound but lacked effcient subtitles as they can in a .sub file. I tried converting them using SubRip but it only shows 2 lines of subtitles and nothing else for the rest of the movie. Exactly what is the reason for this problem? If it plays fine with sound on the computer than why should that change once I burn it to DVD? Any suggestions on how to solve this problem? I thought about adding the subtitle tracks of the sound-deficient torrent to the torrent with sound but without subtitles. There's one track but two subtitle tracks since the sound-challenged torrent is split into 2 parts. Will that work? I'm currently using DVD Flick to burn all my movies.
Are you saying you can play back the DVD files (from DVD Flick's output folder) ok? Does the burned disk play ok on the PC.
The original file/torrent I got off the net plays fine with sound but when I burn it to DVD it doesn't play right. The DVD doesn't play it right on my PC either.
