No space on DVD RW disc

    Help!!
    I want to burn to a dvd rw, with 702Mio space. Althought I have formated it twice, and there are no longer any files on the disc, it claims that 614Mio are utilised. How can I get back the full space available?

    Quick erase/format or full erase/format?
    ImgBurn has both quick and full options - under menu item Tools > Drive
