    Could youi elaborate that?

If Nero report burn is successful, you might be able to play on your PC. Are source files OK? Does this involve format conversion?

Hi thanks for reply, I've been away!
When I say the tracks are there I mean on the cd player it says track 1,2,3, etc but there is no sound.
It won't play on my p.c.
how do i check source files??
I burn straight from my music files on p.c. never had problem before!

    cheers.

Can you play source file on your PC?
Did you "Verify data on disc after burning"?

It would be easier for others to understand if you can post the log.

Go to the nero's site & download the removal tool for your version of nero to remove all traces, would'nt hurt to download ccleaner (it's free also but is not from nero),after running nero removal reboot then run ccleaner by clicking on the greenish registry button.

Also attempt to play those media files or the source files in a media player on your comp if it won't get sound then it could be missing codec so install either klite or vlc media players,i find it strange you were burning ok with nero before & now it's not assuming the source files aren't the problem
