No transponder to scan

    hi guys little help please
    i have a black eurovox maxv , every thing was going fine, until i started loosing channels, so i re-installed the firmware,and done a full power scan, since doing so , i receive no channels and a message saying no transponder to scan.
    be grateful for any help.

    Maybe you need to change the symbol rate code , for me it is 6.952 , you will see this when you go to power scan.

    The other code you can try is 6.875 !

    6.887 is the other symbol rate,unless your on ch@rus which is 6,875

    Can you please advise how one changes the Symbol rate on a Starview the BoxT.
