No vcd menu with nero 6?

    Hello,

    I have been creating vcds with menus using nero 5.5 for a while now and it has always worked. Recently, I upgraded to nero 6. Now whenever I create a vcd with menus and play it in my dvd player, I just get a blank black screen where the menu should be. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

    ps: I uninstalled nero 6 and installed nero 5.5 and it works again. What is up with nero 6?

    I managed to get menus to work.... what 'write method' did you use? Disc-At-Once? Disc-At-Once/96?

    I didn't change it from the default so it was probably disk at once.

    I had the same problem and I bet you need the same solution.
    The problem was I imported my templates from nero 5 to nero 6 which does not give an error-message, but does screw your menu.
    So just delete all your nero files you saved under 5 and create new ones (templates) under 6.
