No video , only audio on my Box ..plz help !!!!!

Hi m8`s

The box has had the mech assault soft mod applied , FYI
in case that applies .

It was working fine for sometime tho .

The suddenly when i turn the box on , all i get is
the boot audio . & faint flickering on the tv screen .

i swapped over a working drive from another working box ,
suspecting it was the os/dashboard , but this didnt help . Still no video .

is my box toasted now ?

y`ll helped get my other box working , when somehow
NTSC got switched to PAL . So many fanx are due here .

This problem seems more serious ?

Its my sons box . He brought it home for dear ole dad
to try & fix . Hes begging me for my box now....that won`t
happen
