Nokia 2600-sim card not valid

    I get this phone from my company...but when I insert the sim inside on the display write Sim card not valid..The Sim is OK 100%, problem is about the phone..Maybe is locked.*#0000# doesnt work.Who have soolution for this problem.

    Please help

    I am from Serbia or EX Yugoslavia

    End..the cell is new...Maube is not locked..
