Is the T-Mobile sim activated? Maybe you don't have coverage in your area with T-Mobile.

 

when i switch sim to different phone it works.

 

Have you owned the 3120 since new? It sounds like something is wrong with the phone itself. Make sure all contacts where the sim touches in the phone are clean.
