what does it mean when it says cant undo restriction cause thats what it said when i entered the first code

 

have you ever tried other codes prior to entering the first code. If yes, your phone has probably been hard locked, the only way you can unlock it now is by cable or a local shop. Different IMEI will have different unlock code, so if you have tried other codes that work on other people, it should not work.

 

yes i tried about 4 other codes and it didnt work so now ihave to take it to the manufacturer but thanx anyway

 

If you have tried less than 5 times, try the second code:
#pw+38 75 06 21 45 17 00 2+7# with the SIM CARD IN

 

when i put my sim in it said enter security code what do i do

 

The default security code for NOKIA is 12345, but if you have changed it to something else, then ya.

 

yeah i tried that and nothing ive been at this all day

 

try the second code without the sim card then, if it doesn't work, then your phone has been hardlocked. bring it to a cell phone store to unlock it. cost about $20
