Nokia 3220 message

    everytime i turn on my nokia 3220 i get a message "ALLOW SIM CARD TO SEND A MESSAGE" YES OR NO. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN AND WHAT SHOULD BE DONE.

    Don't know why you are getting the message. All new phones come with a SIM card which basically means you are saving info to the card and not the phone. This is good because if you change phones down the road you do not have to add all the names and addresses again -- rather you pop out the card.

    Call your phone provider. The SIM card is standard I think depending on the storage capability. It may be a setting, or an incorrect loading. You can check by taking the back cover off. The battery will slide out, and you should see a card about the size of a fingernail. It is plastic like a credit card and their should be an arrow to show how to load.
