Erm... 3 times when the different network sim was inserted and twice when the Virgin sim was in. The IMEI code according to the box is 351860010185165... weird...
Please press *#06# and see if the IMEI comes up on the screen and list that exact IMEI# Also, no error messages have been mentioned after code entry. No, turning off the phone doesn't save any chances out of the possible 5 you have.
I think it was undo code failed. It went back to the code entry screen though, so I presume it isn't hard locked. I can still get on the network. *#06# gives 351860010185165
