    Jim in Atlanta, GA here. I just bought an older phone off eBay and need help to unlock it.


    NOKIA 3595, type NPM-10
    IMEI #: 010262006658920
    Country: USA
    Provider: Cingular 'Outside'
    Owners Number: 904-501-25xx

    The best place I have found to unlock a phone is *edit by Jannejt*

    They have walk in locations, mail in service, and even software you can use on your own computer. It was really affordable and it worked.
