Nokia 3595 unlock problem.

    Hey,

    When the code is enter in it says NO PHONE NUMBER or EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY what does this mean. Is it unlocked or what?

    Sounds like the phone has been blacklisted. Reported lost or stolen.
