    phone asking for restriction code when powered on with sim inserted

    USA, either AT&T or Cingular, it doesnt say on the phone

    i tried both and made sure i entered them correctly and neither one worked. The phone isnt labeled with any carrier logo anywhere on it. im starting to think it might be a different carrier or something, possibly t-mobile. is there any way to find out for certain????
