    You need to make sure the phone is definately locked to SunCom

    that code says cannot undo restriction. i bought the phone through suncom, but how would i find out if its restricted to them for sure?

    If you can put a SunCom sim in and it works, it's locked to them but if you entered both codes correctly, I don't think it was locked to them. Who ever it is locked to, it's now hardlocked to that provider.

    ok so i got it unlocked but to use with verizon wireless they said they need an ESN # how do i find out what it is?
