Nokia 6010 Unlock Code

I just received this Nokia 6010 from a friend in New York who used Cingular. IME: 010417/00/329849/8 Code: 0513638IL23TX.
Because of the large characters, I would like to use this 6010 on Cable & Wireless network in Dominica, West Indies.

Could you please provide some assistance in this regard.
