I want to unlonk this phone from at&t so I can use it with sprint. I hope this is possible as I am trying to avoid buying a new phone. This one is my gf's old one. My sprint contract expires 1/07 and I'm not planning on renewing it, hence the reluctance to buy another phone from them. IMEI: 010417/00/160410/1 Any help would be appreciated.
I managed to get the phone unlocked on my own. The phone still asks me to insert the (at&t) sim card even though it is now unlocked. Can this phone now be hooked up to sprint?
No. Sprint does not function on a GSM network so you will not be able to use the 6010 on Sprint's network.
