Nokia 6021 restriction code - help pls :)

hi, I've a Nokia 6021
IMEI 355687003013724,
locked to Meteor Ireland.
I already have a unlock codes (maybe wrong) but when I key in this, is nothing happen, after pressing last "hash" the code is still on the display.
Probably option for remove a lock from the keyboard in my phone is blocked. When I putted in a different to my network sim-card, the phone displaying: "Phone restricted" and I can press button "Undo". After that is "Enter restriction code".
Anyaone can help me, please?

 

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

hi i need my mobile phone from the uk to be unlocked because it says phone restricted when i put my t-mobile chip in!

Hi, i also have a Nokia 6021 that is my spare phone. It's locked to Vodaphone and i've put 3 codes in but it keeps coming up as "error code"?
The IMEI number is 359357000440116 if anyone can help??

What message did you on screen after entering the code?

 

It just says error code.
