Nokia 6030 please help

hi,
i've got a nokia 6030 from T-mobile a while ago. called their customer service to get the code to unlock my phone. At first, they told me it will be text to me, but they ate their word. Nothing was text to me, and when i called the 2nd time,they refuse to unlock it.

Is there anybody here an help me unlock this phone? Is this a difficult one to unlock? thanks.

thanks for the reply. i entered onto my phone, but it said "cannot undo restriction" Is this because i bought it as a prepaid phone?

so it turns out that my phone is a 225M and it cannot be unlock by internet. does that mean i won't be able to unlock this phone? or is there some other way (t-mobile or other cell phone repair stores)?
