Nokia 6070 help

I was given a nokia 6070 phone for my birthday but it will not take my sim card, its asking for a code.

It came with a Tesco sim card in it, do I have to use Tesco nework, I want to use o2 with my old sim.

How can I unlock the phone.
I found the code for the serial number by pressing *#06# and that number is
352742014679691

After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked![/bold]
Click on banner for 24/7 unlocking
