Yeah - that didn't work. Is it just the t-mobile USA models that have this timing problem as I don't see these warnings attached to any of the other requests for unlock codes? Also - are there not usually 7 codes that are generated? Is there nothing else I can do to unlock the phone then? Thank you for your help...!
No, the timing issue seems to be with all 6101's and Cingular 6102's but 90% of them usually unlock. People have been taking the phones back and exchanging them for new ones and unlocking with no problem.

i have a t-mobile 6101 with imei #357064002424302 which i am trying to use abroad of the states. it is using 1800mhz only when it can use 900mhz. can anyone tell me an unlock code for this phone? Thanks
