    thanks for the help but unfortunately the code did not work.
    I guess I will give up on this phone, I got it when it first came out and i just switched phone companies.

    Take it to a professional unlocker or send it to one. If I had it here, I'd unlock it for you in about 1 minute. Some of these phones will not accept codes and most will. It's the 6101 and 6102 that does this.
