somebody please help me.my 6103 nokia phone stoped working after 2 months of purches.the battery went flat and the phone went off while i was asleep.in the morning when i attempted to charge it,it never came on. i tried using another battery to know if it was my battery that had problem.the phone worked for awhile and went off. i tried to put it on,all that showed on the sreen was,"local mode". someone told me it's a software problem. someone please help me i like the phone so much.
It needs a full factory reset. For some reason it has went into local mode which is also shown when connected to flashing equipment. My suggestion since it is under 90 days and should be under warranty would be to first, try to exchange the phone for a new one or send that one in for repair and ask for a loaner.
it didn't work! it shows test mode now not local mode again. meanwhile, thanks a million for the help,i really appreciated it. if there is something you could still recoment, i'll be ever grateful.
