Nokia 6230b IMEI # 355032000454573 USA Cingular Trying to take this restriction code off of my phone. I've actually had my Nokia for awhile, I upgraded my phone thinking I would use my Nokia as a back up phone. Now when I need to use it, for some odd reason it's telling me to put in a restriction code. It's never acted like this before ever and don't know what this means... Both my phone and sim card are cingular.
