1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

 

This didn't seem to work, it just went back to the 'phone restricted' screen.

 

Tell me exactly what you did and what message appeared after pressing the final #

 

I put in an O2 sim, pressed the undo button typed in #pw+116434737466541+7# then pressed OK.

It went back to the 'phone restricted' screen.

 

Did your mobile turn off?

 

Yeah I've tried that twice... I'm not sure why it's not working.

 

How many codes have you tried?
Is all the information correct?
Are you shaw you put the code in properly?

 

Definitely tried properly, can't enter any more codes now. It'll only cost £5 for unlocking or something, but thanks for your help .

 

Sorry, but I have never encounterd this problem before. The code given is correct with the information given.

No, just that one a few times.

It just goes back to the phone restricted screen.

 

Take it to a shop no remote codes will unlock this phone, it will have to be done directly with hardware.
