I used to have a nokia 6230 and used that to check me email during the day, worked perfectly. I upgraded to the 6230i 2 weeks ago and also used this to retrieve me emails...worked perfectly until today! Whenever I select retrieve it will come up with the message 'Record Store Full'. I'm not sure what the problem is and I can't find anything on google etc. I've emptied all folders and changed the setting but it still won't work. Do you think it could be a problem with the phone or me service provider which is O2, or even me ISP who I have me email account with, which is Pipex? Please help as it's bugging me now!
Just to add that I can still send emails ok from my phone. I sent a test one earlier and I retrieved it with outlook ok. So I'm guessing it can't be the O2 settings, so may be a problem with me ISP? Does anyone know what this message actually means though?
