hello can someone please help! my nokia 6230i is locked on orange and i want to go on o2. my imei is 355040007578195 and i want to go from orange to 02 ive never tried before so it shouldnt be hardlocked thanks.

This mobile the 6230/i sometimes does require a non accepted sim in the phone. Follow the instructions below. 1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted" 2. Press the UNDO option 3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code. 4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
