Hi BB5 type phones such as 6280, 6630, 6681, 6682 or any N-Series phones,N-70, N-90 ect. or Tracfones can not be unlocked by this method. Only the original service provider can unlock them. BB5 Models are not supported: 3250, 6125, 6131, 6234, 6270, 6280, 6630, 6680, 6681, 6682, 7370, E60, E61, E70, N70, N71, N72, N80, N90, N91. JG
