I got an old phone from a friend a while ago (Nokia 6300), put my sim card in and it worked fine. I then enabled a security code. However, I took the sim card out and put the old one back in, in an attempt to port over that friend's contacts to his new phone. When I started the phone up again, it kept asking for a security code. No code worked; not mine, not the default, not the friend's old security code. I took the sim card out, and put mine back in, thinking that I could then disable the security code that way. However, the same situation is still happening: I can't get into the phone, because no security code works. It just says 'Code Error'. I can't access my IMEI, because I can't get past the security code screen. I don't seem to have been locked out (I get as many tries to get the code right as I want), but I've got a feeling something is wrong. Any tips as to how to fix it?
