nokia 6680. nothing to do with unlocking just game questions

i d/l games of mobile phone but they are in winrar icons. when i tried extracting the image files or wateva that is there to extract i get a message saying invalid handle. is there any way i can put on of those games i d/l on my phone and actually play it.

i would really appreciate astep by step guide as am a complete newbi in this business.
