Nokia 7360 remove restriction

Could anybody help me to unlock a Nokia 7360 IMEI 358399005135516, locked by TELE2, Latvia?

I really appreciate your effort, it saves a lot of time for me.

How strange, after doing all steps, it displays CODE ERROR. Should I be aware that last SIM inserted was from TELE2 operator?

 

Try another sim it may be unlocked already!

If still locked confirm the network the phone originally worked with...

Sorry, I found that it is a security code. Tried to use mastercode from different calculators, it didn't work.
