    I just dropped the cellphone I am currently using into the water...since I am moving back to my home country (probably get it fixed there) soon I will be using my friend's Nokia 8390 for now

    There is a restriction code on it -_-"

    The cellphone is Rogers and my network service provider is Fido (Canada)
