nokia d box

hi, ive recently bought a nokia d box from ebay. which came with no manual. when i first used it i scanned and it was successful i got all channels. now im only getting freeview channels and a few randoms. the other channels are listed but no picture. was wondering which is the best way to have these boxes set up prior to scanning any help would be nice,

Through your remote change ucodes from 001a to0014 or visa versa ,if that dont work change softscam to megcam ,Write down the settings b4 you change and you can always get back .Also disable background scan in service Hope this helps ......Paul

 

i have lost all skys channels exept for sky sports 3+4 can anybody help plse?

 

Wot image av you got on your box mate just a re scan will bring them back Paul

 

i have the exact same problem as i cant get skysports 1 or 2 and i cant get most of the music channels.can anyone shed some light on this matter.
