Hi there, I've setup my new nokia dbox 2 running sportster uk pro. I require some help with the networking though. I had a wireless router which was not being used. I used the eithernet cable to connect it to the back of the dbox and connect my router. Then with my pc I connected to the network. All connected and fine. ip add: 192.168.1.100 subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.1.1 I wish to find out how I can log into ftp. Also, what are the login details? I've tried ftp.<ip address here> or ftp://<ip add here> nothing seems to work. Is my connection setup correct? is that how its ment to be :S Please help.
the defualt user name and password for the dbox is Username : root Password : Dbox2 and the information on how to connect your dbox to your pc is on other posts, you need a crossovercable or 2 ethernet cables and a router.
