nokia dbox2

    can any1 help iv had the nokia dbox2 for a couple of years and its been in good working order yesterday we lost all channels and its showing a yellow key in bottom right hand corner on the channels we cant access we only hav 1 to 5 and bbc3 and itv 2 does anyone kno how to get the key off and do these boxes ever fail
    please help
