Hey, I have been using this phone for the last 4 months or so and about 1 month ago the screen stopped working. It is not due to physical damage because it used to return to normal every once and a while. Now it doesn't work at all the screen is completely jumbled or it goes all white. Also, I can't make or receive any calls on this phone. I think I just need to reset it but I dont know. Thanks
To hard format the phone, do the following: Make sure the phone is off. Then press and hold the power button, the call button (green key), the star button (*asterisk) and the number three key. If you press and hold all four buttons together then the phone will hard reformat and you should see the Nokia logo appear on the phone.
