    Can't do anything for you on the 6680 but for your 3220, here is your code:

    #pw+857441073536350+5#

    After putting this code in with the sim, it may not do anything. If this happens, insert a non accepted sim and you will see "phone restricted", press "undo" and enter the code in the restriction box provided and press enter or OK.
