    i just softmodded my xbox and i'm using an action replay mc(if that helps) i'm using evoX as a platform. the sole purpose of me modding my xbox is to use the emulators, i have not intentions at this point of copying games to the hdd. i'm a complete noob to all of this and it sounds like the easiest way for me to transfer the files is thru a cd-r or dvd-r. if i can use the AR mc then that'd be cool too. i've downloaded a sega genesis emulator but i don't know what to do next. please help thanks.

    here is the way i did it...i downloaded FLASH FXP to my computer then i connected my xbox and my computer to a router then i opened up flash fxp then you look at your dash go under settings on your xbox and get the ip

    then on the computer with flash fxp open put your IP address in then user=xbox
    password=xbox

    then it connects to your xbox then click on the E: drive and then there should be a folder called " emus" if not create the folder.

    then drag the emulator into it...then when thats done go in the emulator files until you find where you are supposed to put roms then when your done doing that close everything and reboot your xbox

    whalla everything is on there :)

    you can do it through a CD/DVD or through FTP transfer.

    another solution is getting a disc from a torent site like Slayer 2.7
    they usually have a ton of emulators and roms on them that you can install in one easy step along with a ton of other great programs.
    there are quite a few sites that have auto installers which contain emulators and roms.
    also there are discs that you can find on certain sites called BAED which contain a ton of emulators and roms that you can just play from DVD (or use DVD2Xbox to copy from the DVD to the hard drive)
