Hi guys i have modded a lot of consoles but never an iphone so i need to know the best steps to take to jailbreak and unlock my iphone? It is an 8gb 3g iphone on 05.11.07 modem and 3.1.2 firmware I have been reading for hour but a lot of the posts are old and out dated so i need to know what programs and methods to use. I am not lazy and if someone points me in the right direction of an up to date method i will happily further investigate to get it done. Many thank
To unlock you only have one choice and thats blacksn0w but to jailbreak you can either use blackra1n or use a custom firmware (the link to those is in another thread with instructions) its really up to you how you want to do it. check out blacksn0w and blackra1n then look up info on the iphone dev team about the custom firmwares.
