My subscription to Norton AV 2010 was about to expire in 6 days and I kept getting the nagging messages to renew. I purchased the Norton Internet Security 2011 and installed it today. Upon completion of the installation and automatic registration, I get the message that my subscription has been renewed and is good for 6 days. What gives? How and whom do I contact at Norton to get this resolved? Thanks
Get your money back, use a free antivirus, and use a browser with add-ons noscript and adblock. if you cant do that Google Norton 2011 Removal Tool. download it. run it. reinstall Norton using new product key.
Thanks for the replies and advice. I will wait for the expiration of the current subscription, uninstall and reinstall. Your comments support and agree with Norton's. Thanks again
You are welcome. Nortons removal tool is important because without it, removing Nortons simply using Windows Add/Remove program utility will leave traces in your program files and registry.
Again, thanks for the advice. I see your points referencing use of Norton's removal program and will do so. Dennis
